You will need to heat the eziout with a welding torch to soften it then just centre punch it and drill it out. if the eziout broke it would pay you to use a drill almost as large as the stud and see if you can not remove the thread buy uncoiling it like a spring . if you go off course no worry a helicoil can be inserted. we do this all the time on outboards as the studs seize regularly. So a boatshop may be able to help you out.
